Pony Camp 2025
Chester Riding Club’s Pony Camp provides students with a comprehensive equestrian education.
Join us for a Friday Pizza Party & Horse Show to celebrate a week of safe and fun riding and horsemanship lessons.
Our passion for excellent sportsmanship and dedicated instruction fosters rapid development and inspires our students to reach top levels of the sport and achieve their personal goals.
Our riding program offers a small camper to counselor ratio with highly qualified staff to ensure each student receives individualized attention. Enrollment is limited to 15 campers per week in order to provide a safe and enriching experience for every student. Riders are divided into small groups of 3-5 for their lessons on an appropriate horse or pony for their size and skill level. With a focus on instilling independence, a correct and balanced position, and building a connection with the horse, we create riders with the confidence and skills to accomplish their goals with riding. The sky is the limit.
Horses give us the gift of riding. It is up to us to ensure they are happy and healthy. We believe that riding and horsemanship go hand in hand. Our riders are responsible for the care of their mounts. It is our responsibility to teach our riders what their horses need, and how to handle them safely.
To culminate each week of training, we invite loved ones to attend our Pizza Party & Horse Show on Friday. Riders will demonstrate their riding abilities in a horse show environment. Riders of similar levels compete with the coaching of their trainers in front of a judge, and are awarded ribbons for their efforts.
Horseback riding is a personal experience that we enjoy together. We invite riders of all experience levels to join us in discovering the joy of horseback riding and the enrichment of caring for and learning about these incredible animals.

ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet
Riding boot with small heel
Riding pants (recommended)
Riding gloves (recommended)
Casual clothing & sneakers (optional)
Carrots, apples, peppermints, or treats of choice for your horse or pony!
Limited boot and helmet selection available to borrow.
Program Session:
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm
600.00/ week, 125.00/ day
Before and after care are available upon request.
